Thank you Thursday! 🙏Today we’d like to say thank you the Ladies in Wey-ting who have donated £330 to our wonderful Dorchester Special Care Baby Unit . 💙

Sue-Jane from Ladies in Wey-ting said, “We Ladies have always felt the importance of donating to different departments of DCH as much as possible...just to make a little difference. We chose to support SCBU in memory of two precious Angel Babies that are very close to us. Seeing how the wonderful work & care is taken in treating tiny babies born with difficulties in SCBU, it is such an important cause to help these beautiful little ones & their families.”

Ladies in Wey-ting is a small group who give their free time to support local worthwhile causes, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support. Thank you!

⭐️Today we were very pleased to donate £330 to SCBU (Special Care Baby Unit) Dorchester County Hospital. They do amazing tireless work taking care of tiny ones that need extra help. We could see the nurses were so busy, cannot praise them highly enough.
Our donation is also in memory of precious angel babies that could not live in this world but live on in the heart of their loving families. ⭐️###

⭐️ We had a fabulous visit to Weldmar today when we donated £400, the proceeds from our Christmas Tombola at Asda.
We had a welcome cuppa & catch-up with the lovely Clare who told us of the wonderful work taking place on the premises now. Can't stress enough how fortunate our part of Dorset is to have this hospice locally. ⭐️ Susan-Jane Smith, Alison Wilcocks, Laura Board, Alicia Wilcocks, & Alice.###

⭐️🎄 Hi everyone. We 'ladies' are looking for a pre Christmas event to do one of our charity tombolas. As usual proceeds will be donated to our local causes, this time being Weldmar Hospicecare & SCBU (Special Care Baby Unit).
Ideally, an inside venue would be good, a weekend & of course, reliability of a busy footfall!
Those of you who are familiar with our fundraising will know our tombos are always very special.
Any ideas for us to consider will be very welcome.
