🎨✨ Try Something New – Creative Drop-In for Ages 13–18 ✨🎨

Looking for something different to do? Come along to our brand-new creative drop-in session designed especially for young people aged 13–18.

This is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can try out different craft activities, get creative at your own pace, and maybe even discover a new hobby you genuinely enjoy. Whether you’re already creative or just fancy trying something new, everyone is welcome.

During the session, young people will have the chance to explore:

💎 Diamond Art Painting
🧶 Crochet with support from a tutor
🪡 Needle Felted Keyrings

Creativity can be a great way to switch off, reduce stress, improve confidence, and support positive mental health — and this session is all about giving young people the chance to explore that in a calm, pressure-free environment.

🧁 Cake Decorating Masterclass – Ages 7–10 ✨

Join us for a fun-filled Cake Decorating Masterclass specially designed for children aged 7–10 years old! Delivered by the talented team at Thistleberry Cake Studio, this hands-on workshop is perfect for young bakers who love getting creative in the kitchen.

During the session, children will learn professional cake decorating techniques in a relaxed and supportive environment, including:

🧁 Mastering professional-style buttercream piping
🎨 Sculpting fun 3D fondant toppers
⭐ Designing and decorating 6 professional-grade cupcakes to take home and show off
🏅 Receiving their very own Star Baker Certificate
🎁 Taking home a special goodie bag

🎭 Children’s Mask Making Workshop

Get creative this May Half Term with our fun-filled Children’s Mask Making Workshop, specially designed for children aged 6–10 years old! Children will have the chance to design and decorate their very own colourful masks using a variety of craft materials, including feathers, gems, patterns, and more.

This relaxed and hands-on session is a great way to encourage imagination and creativity while making something unique to take home and enjoy. All materials are included, and our friendly team will be on hand to help and inspire throughout the workshop.

Expect plenty of colour, creativity, and crafty fun in a welcoming environment.

🎉✨ We’re back… and we’ve got BIG news! ✨🎉

Our much-loved Craft Camps are back this year, and we’re so excited to share that we’ve expanded our provision! 🙌

For the first time, we’ll be running camps for older children right in the heart of Welwyn Garden City at The Howard Centre 🧶🎨

These sessions are designed especially for older children, with creative, hands-on activities in a relaxed, welcoming space — perfect for building confidence, learning new skills and having fun.

⭐ These are HAPpy Camps, delivered as part of the Hertfordshire Activity Programme
⭐ Children must meet the eligibility criteria
⭐ A HAPpy code provided by your child’s school is required to book

If your child has a code, don’t wait — spaces will go quickly!

We’re excited to launch a brand-new creative camp designed especially for older children aged 11–16 — a relaxed, welcoming space to create, unwind and try something a little different.
