👩🏼‍🎓📚Back to school - uniforms out - Kids grown 3 inches over summer? Gone up 2 shoe sizes??👕👔👞

Throughout our events this year we've had so many donations of PRE-LOVED SCHOOL UNIFORM given & made use of - that we've decided to make a completely FREE rail available 'ALL YEAR ROUND' 🎉

So with thanks to Poppies Tearooms for hosting, you can now come & take a look at local PRIMARY school uniform items whenever you like, during opening hours

Poppies Tearooms is currently open:

🗓️WEDS, 9am - 3pm
🗓️THURS, 9am - 3pm

🗓️FRI, 8am - 3pm

(Pls note you may need to be patient if you come when the TeaRooms are v busy! 🤗)

🎒📚As you start getting things back in gear for the new school year, here's a date of something to look forward to at the start of half term:

🗓️Sunday afternoon 2-4pm
🗓️25th October

At The Memorial Hall, Bovington, BH20 6JQ

✂️ A fun, interactive, harvest festival themed Messy church, suitable for everyone, of all ages to do enjoy! Harvest themed crafts, activities, story & reflection... Ending in a free tasty meal of home cooked soup, made from all the veggies we've gathered & grown on the community! 🥕🥔🫘

🎉If you'd like to come, you can-
Everyone is invited!
It's totally free of charge - but we'd love you to RSVP (by emailing: [email protected] if you're coming, to help us with catering numbers! 🍽️ 🥘👩🏼‍🍳

To all of you that came to be a part of our 'Community Summer' last weekend - It really has been great getting to know more of you, better, over the year of seasonal events.

We'll be carrying on this year with some more events, but want to create space to connect a little deeper too,

SO the NEXT thing we'd like to try is
A 'Messy Church' Harvest Festival

An afternoon of arranged & themed activities on tables you can explore at your own pace, time to gather together for story, thoughts & celebration - giving thanks for all the Harvest!
finishing up with a meal together, around tables of 'Community Soup' - that we're hoping to make from vegetables you & others in the community have grown!

So, if you've got a garden, an allotment, an outdoor trough & fancy giving gardening a go... Please do! :)

And watch this space for more updates on the plan for the day & info of where to bring your veggies nearer to the time!

Lots of FREE local school logo jumpers etc too!

We also have our local kick boxing group doing a small display & they will have an information table if you would like to find out more about joining!

Lots of community groups with lots of free interactive activities for everyone!
