🌟MEET THE TEAM 🌟

This is Kyla who joined us back in March.

Kyla’s favourite brew?
A mocha, the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness, either hot or iced depending on the weather ☕️🍫☀️🌧️❄️

Kyla’s favourite thing about working in the Horsebox is being outdoors surrounded by nature, especially at the Botanical Gardens and Harcourt Arboretum. 🌳🌸

In her spare time...
Kyla helps run a Scout unit, planning weekly evenings, organising camps away and helping create adventures for the next generation 🧭🔥⛺❤️

Welcome to the team Kyla👋

Good morning & Happy May Day! 🌺

That’s right, we’ve got a couple of new delicious treats on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at the horsebox 😋

Both are from the brilliant .ltd ✨

Pain Suisse au chocolat, made with beautifully flaky pastry, filled with a smooth vanilla crème pâtissière and finished with a sprinkling of 50% dark chocolate chips. Rich and indulgent.

Cinnamon brioche. Soft buttery brioche dough, filled generously with a smooth cinnamon crème pâtissière. Finished with a generous drizzle of Ceylon cinnamon syrup, properly sticky, soft and comforting.

Ohh là là!

We’re afraid it’s true… these are the final few days of buns as Claire wraps up this chapter 💛

But she’s going out in style with one last bun of the week, berry & pistachio.

A soft vanilla bun, filled with pistachio frangipane and fresh summer berries. Properly special. ✨

Best enjoyed (as always) with our new single origin filter, Wilder Garcia with think notes of vanilla and date. You can find more about the producer on ☕️

We’ve got something special lined up for next week’s Wednesday, Friday and Saturday slots… although Claire’s Swedish buns are, of course, a little irreplaceable.

Thank you Claire, brilliant baker, and a very good friend. Wishing you all the luck in your next chapter… and you know there’ll always be a space at the Horsebox when the buns return 🤎

This National Tea Day feels like a good moment to shout about the tea we serve every single day from our horseboxes ☕🌿

We chose for a reason, it’s not just consistently delicious, it’s built on values we actually care about.

🤝 People
They work directly with farms, paying above market rates and investing back into communities. It’s a supply chain that actually supports the people growing the tea.

🌍 Planet
Joe’s is fully organic, carbon neutral, and uses biodegradable tea bags. The tea travels by sea instead of air to cut emissions, small details that add up.

🍃 Flavour
It’s proper whole-leaf tea, grown at high altitude in Sri Lanka, which is why it’s so clean, tasty and refreshing. When you’re serving tea all day, every day, that consistency matters.

For us, it’s simple, if we’re handing you a cup, we want it to taste delicious and feel good to serve.

It’s why we’re proud of every cup 💛

Once again we’re proud to be joining Abingdon RDA this Sunday at their annual food fair, held at Loyd Lindsay Rooms💛

We can’t quite believe it’s their 10th year! We’ve been there since the very first event back in 2016, and we’re particularly excited this year 🥳

RDA is a charity that means so much to us. Through life-changing experiences with horses and ponies, they empower children and young adults with disabilities to build confidence, independence and joy 🐴
We’ve also been proud to support them over the past decade through our festive blend, ‘Champagne’ ☕️

Alongside supporting an incredible cause, you’ll find a brilliant selection of local traders offering delicious treats and unique finds - with tasters at every table 🍰🧀

We’ll be there with our cute 2CV coffee van serving Dark Horse Roastery speciality coffee, alongside our delicious drinks, and plenty of retail bags of beans and ground coffee to enjoy at home 🏡

Come along, show your support, and be part of something that really makes a difference ✨

See slide 2 for further details the event ⏰ 📍

Hoppy Easter from all of us at the horseboxes! 🐣

Swipe to see our gingerbread bunnies hopping through the beautiful blooms at 🐰 🌷

30/03/2026

Saturday was our first day back at Harcourt Aboretum for this season! After a very soggy setup on Friday, we were grateful for such a glorious day ☀️

It may have been a little chilly, but the warm welcomes made it all worthwhile - it’s so good to be back ☕️ ✨

Thank you to Bryony for joining me and taking the lead. ⭐️

We’re open from this Wednesday 1st April every day through until the end of the Easter hols 🐣

We’re already looking forward to the bluebells appearing 💙
