Super important to remember !!

Thanks to those residents who are providing bowls of water for wild animals and pets.

While the air temperature might seem bearable, remember that the pavement can be damaging to the pads on the feet of dogs🔥

⚠️ If you can't hold the back of your hand to the pavement for 5-7 seconds, it's too hot for your dog's paws.

Vets recommend walks during cooler times of the day and sticking to shaded and /or grassy areas.

💙 A huge thank you once again to Rotary for their incredible organisation, teamwork and dedication in making the Wirral Coastal Walk such a fantastic success and to Chris for your great social media posts leading up to the day and capturing people’s stories on the day.

Events like these make a real difference to charities across Wirral, enabling organisations to continue making an impact to the lives of so many people and families within our communities. We are incredibly grateful to be part of something that brings people together for such an important cause.

🏆 Now it’s time to celebrate our AMAZING Youth Group!

We are absolutely thrilled and so proud that we won Best Team for Fancy Dress! 🎉

The enthusiasm, creativity and team spirit truly shone throughout the day. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our young people and their families, alongside the ‘anonymous’ donation of £300 and today, Rotary’s additional £150 contribution for winning the competition. This has brought our current total up an incredible £1,000 and counting! 💙🙌

This achievement reflects the dedication, energy and community spirit that our group represents every single day. Seeing our young people step up, support one another and proudly take part reminds us exactly why opportunities like these matter so much.

To every child, parent, family member and supporter who walked, dressed up, fundraised and cheered us on, THANK YOU ❤️🙏. Your commitment and enthusiasm have been inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.

We always say:

✨ I CAN. I WILL. WATCH ME. ✨

And our young people certainly did just that.

Together, we are creating opportunities, building confidence and showing what can be achieved when people and teams come together. 💙

When you’re living it every day, it’s easy to miss the small shifts and overlook the progress you’ve made.

That’s part of our job, to help you pause, take a breath, and recognise the change that’s already happening from the work you’re investing.

Because sometimes, the biggest transformations are made up of the smallest steps. 💛

Progress isn’t always loud, but it’s always worth celebrating.
