If you've ever walked away from a conversation thinking, "I'm glad somebody was there for me when I needed it", you already understand why our Family and Friends Peer Support Programme matters.

Every week, we meet people who are carrying worry, exhaustion, guilt, frustration, and a hundred unanswered questions about someone they care about. What helps isn't having all the answers. It's meeting people who understand.

We're looking for volunteers who would like to be part of that.

You could support peer groups, help at events, get involved in awareness campaigns, share your experiences, help with fundraising, or simply bring your own skills and ideas to the programme.

If you'd like to help more family members find support, we'd love to hear from you.
