❤️ Help Keep the Heart of Gilfach Goch Beating ❤️

For nearly 30 years, GGCA has been a place where people come for support, friendship, opportunities and a sense of belonging.

Now, with some key funding ending in March 2027, we're asking our community to help secure the future of the services so many local people rely on, by means of a GGCA Community Sustainability Fund.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help keep our doors open for children, families, older people, volunteers and anyone who needs support.

Take an hour out for yourself every Monday evening at GGCA.
We’re delighted to welcome NF Fitness and their Move, Breathe & Unwind class to Gilfach Goch.

The evening begins with 30 minutes of fully seated, Pilates-based chair exercise. It’s gentle and controlled, with Leanne guiding you throughout as you work on strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Everything can be adapted to suit different abilities, so you can work comfortably at your own level while still getting the benefits of the exercises.

Then it’s time to slow everything right down with 30 minutes of guided meditation. A chance to settle, switch off from everything going on outside the room and enjoy some proper time for yourself.

It may be one of NF Fitness’s quieter classes, but that certainly doesn’t mean it’s serious! It’s a lovely, welcoming group with plenty of conversation, laughter and fun. Come on your own or with someone you know. You’ll soon feel part of it.

Whether you’d like to improve your movement and strength, need something a little gentler, or simply fancy an hour each week to move, relax and enjoy some good company, we’d love you to join us.

Your first class is FREE, then just £5 per class.
Every Monday, 6.30pm–7.30pm
