We’re looking forward to welcoming parents and members to our Annual General Meeting on 8th June.

As a registered charity, the AGM is an important opportunity to hear more about the club, the work happening behind the scenes, and plans for the future.

More information will be shared soon, but we hope many of you will come along to meet the team, ask questions, share ideas, and find out more about how you can support and get involved with the club. We look forward to seeing you there!

Gymnastics isn’t just a sport. It’s a mental game, a test of courage, and everything in between 🧠🤸‍♀️

It’s learning to trust yourself when you’re upside down.
It’s telling your body to keep going when your mind wants to stop.
It’s falling a hundred times… and choosing to get up a hundred and one.

Strength gets you there, but mindset keeps you there.
Trust your mind as much as you trust your training.

Because it’s not just what you do — it’s everything you go through to do it.
And more importantly… it’s who you become through it all. 💫
