Teignmouth Pride 2026!
From the sunshine that stayed with us all weekend, to all the people who came along to support, celebrate and be part of this truly special event.
We are incredibly grateful to every single person who has supported Teignmouth Pride — not just this weekend, but throughout the entire year. The love, kindness, generosity and community spirit have been absolutely overwhelming, and it has been wonderful to see so many people come together in celebration.
There are so many people to thank, and we hope we haven’t missed anyone. If we have, please know that your contribution was appreciated more than we can say.

A special thank you to Animal Encounters, who joined us on Sunday morning and provided a fascinating look at some fabulous animals, along with wonderful opportunities for interaction. It was a fantastic experience for everyone who took part.
To Chuckie Chaz, thank you for your brilliant magic and balloon modelling. You brought so much fun, laughter and excitement to the afternoon, creating plenty of wonderful memories for everyone.
To The Masonic Hall, thank you so much for allowing us to use your wonderful venue. Your support enabled our artists and entertainers to get ready, provided us with a much-needed base, and gave our security and first aid teams a place to work from. Thank you also for hosting Animal Encounters. We are truly grateful for your generosity and support.
To our wonderful market stall holders, thank you for taking over the Triangle on Saturday and creating such a vibrant and buzzing space, with so many fantastic things to see, buy and engage with.
To Lewis Dart, thank you for bringing your fabulous double-decker bus for everyone to enjoy. It was a brilliant addition to the weekend and created so many smiles.
To Westcountry Wasps RFC, thank you for engaging so enthusiastically with everyone and for helping to make the event so welcoming, inclusive and fun.
To Emma and Boogie Bounce, thank you for keeping us all active, energised and smiling while making exercise so much fun!
To Haldon Mission Community and Teignmouth Baptist Church, thank you for the beautiful service on Thursday and for your continued support of Teignmouth Pride.
To everyone who donated a raffle prize and everyone who bought a ticket, thank you for supporting our prize draw. And a very special, massive thank you to Alan, Jacqui and Fliss and everyone who spent time selling raffle tickets throughout the town and over the weekend. Your efforts were hugely appreciated.
To everyone who has donated to Teignmouth Pride or supported our fundraising events throughout the past year, thank you. Every donation, every ticket purchased and every event supported has helped us bring this incredible, free community weekend to Teignmouth.

To all the wonderful businesses throughout Teignmouth who embraced Pride and put their own creative spin on the weekend, thank you for getting involved. The windows throughout the town looked absolutely amazing, and it was fantastic to see Pride celebrated so visibly across our community.

Every member of our committee is a volunteer, giving their own time throughout the year to plan, organise, fundraise, coordinate and ultimately deliver this free event for our community.
It takes an enormous amount of work behind the scenes to make Teignmouth Pride happen, and we are incredibly proud of what our committee achieves together. ❤️
If we have missed anyone, please accept our heartfelt thanks too. There are countless people who contribute in ways both big and small, and every single contribution makes a difference.
For now, we’re going to take a well-earned rest, recharge our batteries and reflect on what has been an absolutely incredible weekend.
Remember — Teignmouth Pride is our version of a community-based event.
It is for everyone, welcomes everyone and is for everyone to enjoy.
It really is about being able to be ourselves and be together.
