Join us for a special Beach Litter Pick as part of the Gower Walking Festival! 🌿

Led by the Swansea Environment Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to get outdoors, meet other people and do something positive for our coastline.
Together, we'll be removing litter from the beach, helping to protect wildlife and marine life, and keeping Swansea's coastline clean and beautiful. 🌊🐚
It's family friendly and suitable for all abilities. Please bring a drink and wear sensible footwear.

🌍 Become Carbon Literate and Lead Climate Action in Your Community

Want to better understand climate change and learn how to make a real difference?

Join us for a full-day accredited Carbon Literacy Training at The Environment Centre, Swansea.

📅 Saturday 3 October
⏰ 9:30am to 5:30pm
📍 The Environment Centre, Swansea

During this interactive training you'll:
✅ Learn about the causes and impacts of climate change
✅ Understand the carbon impact of everyday decisions
✅ Explore practical ways to reduce emissions
✅ Develop actions for yourself and your community group
✅ Gain the knowledge and confidence to champion climate action locally

🎓Participants who successfully complete the training and action plans will receive Carbon Literate certification from The Carbon Literacy Project.

💚 Fully funded for registered BIG Climate Leap groups
💚 New groups are welcome to apply
💚 Individuals can attend for a one-off contribution of £15
