Award Alert! Remember our “Big Breakfast, Big Voice” campaign we ran earlier in the year? Well, it’s only gone and won itself the Outstanding Student Campaign 2026 award from .
Jen and Steve headed up to the awards ceremony on Thursday and collected the award on behalf of the Students’ Union.
We’re so proud of this project. Alongside the 747 free breakfasts given away, the real success came from getting out onto campus and having genuine conversations with students whilst keeping things chill - creating space for them to share their insights and thoughts.
We’re the people in purple, and there’s nothing more that we love than putting on our purples and heading out on campus. And knowing that our students are busy, we kept the whole thing accessible by going out at the times and to places that worked best for them.
We’ll wrap this up by saying a huge thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat, grabbed breakfast, or shared feedback with us.
And congratulations to the team for helping make this campaign such a success.
