Set in 130 acres of ancient woodland with its own exclusive Norfolk broad. We have beautiful woodland walks and paths crossing waterways. We have the UK's finest collection of candelabra primulas. If lucky you may catch a glimpse of otters and Kingfishers on the broad along with all the other amazing wildlife that calls the broad home. Boat trips run April through to October. It truly is a garden

for all seasons. We also have a Cafe, Shop and Plant Centre. Not forgetting our busy events programme which has something for everyone. Dogs are allowed; however, they must be kept on short leads at all times. This helps prevent dogs from straying off marked paths or trails, reducing the impact on fragile ecosystems and wildlife habitats. Also guaranteeing it does not approach or potentially harm other people, animals, or nature.
