For World Post Day, we're following your tokens on the next part of their journey.

By this point, they've been manufactured here in Sheffield, counted, bagged and prepared for your order.

Then it's time to pack everything up ready for collection.

📦 Your order is securely packed.

🏷️ The delivery label is created and checked.

🚚 Your parcel is collected by the relevant courier.

📍 Tracking information allows you to follow its progress.

🏫 🏢 🎪 And finally, it reaches you – whether that's a school, business, event organiser or one of the many other places our tokens end up.

We send orders all over the UK and further afield, so once a box leaves our factory, our tokens can have quite a journey ahead of them.

⚡ Wands at the ready... it's Harry Potter Book Day!

This year's theme is Spells & Potions, so we couldn't resist turning it into a school House Cup challenge.

For one day, ordinary classroom activities could become something a little more magical.

🧪 A science experiment becomes Potions Class.

✨ Creative writing becomes spell-making.

📚 Reading becomes a wizarding quiz.

🔎 Problem-solving becomes a hunt for the missing potion ingredient.

Complete a challenge, earn points for your house and watch the totals build throughout the day.

And it doesn't necessarily have to be about who produces the "best" work. Points could recognise creativity, teamwork, effort, problem-solving and pupils simply having a go.

🚲 Could the school run become this week's house challenge?

For Cycle to School Week, here's a really simple one for schools to try.

Every time a pupil cycles to school, they earn a point for their house.

You could even turn it into a wider Active Travel Challenge so pupils who walk, scoot or park and stride can join in too.

Then make those journeys visible.

Add a token to the relevant house collector each time a pupil completes the challenge and watch the totals grow throughout the week.

You could make it competitive and see which house completes the most active journeys, set daily targets or get the whole school working together towards one big total.

And while everyone's busy collecting points, there's an opportunity to talk about healthy habits, traffic around school and the environmental impact of how we travel too.

💙 Teachers spend an awful lot of time recognising everybody else's achievements. Today, we're turning the tables.

For World Teachers' Day, imagine you had one reward token to give to a teacher.

Who would get yours – and what would they earn it for?

Maybe it was the teacher who made a subject finally make sense.

The one who made you laugh when you were having a terrible day.

The teacher who spotted something you were good at before you did.

The one whose lessons you still remember years later.

They might be teaching you now, teaching your children, working alongside you – or they could be somebody you haven't seen for decades.

☕ What if your next coffee was paid for with a token?

For International Coffee Day, we've been thinking about the classic coffee shop loyalty card.

Buy a few coffees. Collect your stamps. Eventually earn one on the house.

But what if the reward was something customers could actually hold onto?

A branded token could be handed out after a certain number of purchases and brought back to exchange for a free coffee, a discount or another reward of your choice.

It gives customers something physical to keep, puts your branding directly in their hands and gives them a reason to come back and use it.

We've put together a Halloween Token Pick & Mix using designs we currently have in stock.

Choose a single colour to match your theme, mix a few together for a proper Halloween combination, or use different colours for different parts of your event.

📚 What if your next reading challenge wasn't about how many books pupils could finish?

With Wigtown Book Festival taking place at the moment, we thought we'd try something a little different.

Turn reading into a whole-school adventure by making different genres your destinations.

🧙 Fantasy
🚀 Science fiction
🔎 Mystery
🌍 Non-fiction
🏰 History
😂 Comedy

Instead of racing through as many books as possible, pupils can explore different types of reading and earn recognition for trying something new.

You could award points or tokens for visiting a new genre, writing a review, recommending a book to somebody else, reading aloud or making a trip to the school library.

Classes could even work towards one shared target, watching their collective reading journey grow throughout the term.

💙 Today is National Teaching Assistants' Day, so this one's simply a big THANK YOU.

Thank you to the TAs helping pupils understand something when they need it explained one more time.

The ones spotting when somebody is having a difficult day.

Celebrating the tiny bits of progress that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Finding the missing glue stick.

Helping with the costume.

Sorting out the disagreement.

Remembering approximately 847 things at once. 😂

And somehow knowing exactly which pupil needs a little extra encouragement that day.

So much of what happens in a school wouldn't happen quite as smoothly without you.

To every teaching assistant, learning support assistant and classroom support member in the schools we work with – thank you for everything you do. 💙
