We are excited to announce that we have recently become part of the IMPACT Project.

Impact networks across the country focus on a range of topics relating to adult social care. We have been asked to take part in a project that explores 'Developing 'neighbourhood health' approaches/integrated neighbourhood teams'

We feel this aligns closely to a lot of the work we already do and our strategic plans for the future.
Rachel Habergham has been appointed as our local co-ordinator, she will bring together her experience in health and the local community to build our local network and ensure a range of local people can have their voices heard.

There will be four meetings of the local network,

Our first one is scheduled for 9 November so we are keen to hear from anybody who would like to get involved.

We are looking for people with a lived experience of adult social care either as a patient, carer, employee or volunteer.
