🎶 Summer Bandstand Concerts
We fund and organise the weekend concerts at the Saltburn Bandstand , filling the air with music all summer long!

🎄 Christmas Lights & Santa Parade
We light up the town each winter with Saltburn’s stunning Christmas display and play a big part in the much-loved Santa Parade. These festive highlights cost around £5,500 every year to bring to life!

🎖️ Saltburn War Memorial
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised £12,000 to restore this treasured landmark, and our volunteers keep it looking its best all year round.

🌼 Saltburn in Bloom
We’re proud to have helped fund the gorgeous floral displays that brighten our town each summer, including the beloved Henrietta the Steam Train!

🏖️ Saltburn Beach Watch
We help keep our iconic beach clean, safe, and beautiful for everyone to enjoy and donate to this fabulous group

🌉 Saltburn Pier
When Storm Douglas threatened our pier, our fundraising efforts helped secure the six-figure refurbishment that saved it!

Saltburn 500 Club / Friends of Saltburn – AGM Update

The Saltburn 500 Club / Friends of Saltburn held its AGM on Wednesday 10th June. We are pleased to confirm the new committee:

Chair: T Welburn

Secretary: C Bailey

Treasurer: P Laughton

Membership Secretary: C Vanham



Committee members: H Lilleker, B Reay, P Thomson, S Whiley, N Sayer and S Smith.



A huge thank you to all committee members for their continued commitment to Saltburn.



A special thank you to Trevor

After an incredible 50 years of dedicated voluntary service, Trevor Welburn is stepping down as Chairman and from organising the Christmas lights. His contribution to Saltburn, within those five decades, has been truly outstanding, and the town is a brighter, better place because of his tireless work, energy and vision.



Trevor will remain available to support during the transition, but this marks the end of an extraordinary era of service.



David Ferguson is also stepping down from organising the Classic Vehicle Show, though he will continue to help on the day.



Which means we need you more than ever– to keep these events going



The events we all enjoy , including the summer bandstand concerts, Classic Vehicle Show, and Christmas lights ,they only happen because of volunteers.



If you want these fantastic Saltburn traditions to continue and thrive, please consider putting yourself forward. We urgently need new volunteers to step in and help share the load. Even a small amount of time makes a big difference. Email: [email protected]

This year marks 30 years of live music at Saltburn Bandstand, with celebrations planned after the season ends in September. More details to follow.

Hi everyone,

We're looking for a few lovely volunteers who might be able to spare an hour or two on any of the dates below for the bandstand

Every hour makes a huge difference and ensures the bands keep on playing from putting chairs out, to helping out while they play .

If you can help on any of these dates, please comment below or send us a message.

Even if you can only do an hour, we'd be incredibly grateful.
