Selston Family Wellbeing Roadshow

We have some fantastic activities and attractions lined up for the Selston community, including:
• Councillor Dale Grounds, Chairman of Ashfield District Council, opening the event before changing into one of his famous superhero costumes.
• Revive Wellbeing delivering creative wellbeing activities and inviting residents to contribute to a giant mural celebrating "Life in Selston".
• The HAF Team bringing garden games, their popular Blazepod challenge, kinetic sand, and a range of family activities.
• Women's Fitness Collective delivering a fun mums' fitness session and a family fitness activity suitable for all ages and abilities.
• Your Health Notts with their smoothie bike, offering residents the opportunity to make a healthy smoothie and access a free health check.
• DP Soccer Schools running fun football-themed games and activities.
• Free Face Painting with the talented Lorraine from Butterfly Effex
• Ashfield District Council providing Body Tennis equipment, bats, balls, cones and a range of large outdoor games.
All stallholders have been encouraged to provide a simple interactive activity or game for children and young people, so there will be plenty to see and do throughout the day, so please take time to visit all the stalls to see what they have on offer.
We hope you'll turn out and support your free community event at Selston Parish Hall on Monday 26 October for what promises to be a fun, engaging and eventful day for all.
