We would like to say a huge Thank You this Volunteers Week to all our wonderful volunteers. Without your commitment none of what we do could be possible and would like to thank you for your commitment, friendship and support you have shown to our members over the past year.

We are still running our Love to Move sessions this week however we have asked all instructors to amend their programme slightly due to the amber heat warning. You will be taking more refreshment breaks throughout the session to ensure you are kept cool and hydrated during this heat wave! Please make sure you bring your own bottle of water with a lid for you to sip throughout the session. Cups of water will be available on request. Thanks! 💧

Recently we were lucky enough to be joined by the Mayor of Eastleigh, Councillor Janice Asman at our Valley Park Social Club. She enjoyed talking to members about her role in the community and how important her work is. Our members really appreciated the opportunity to meet her and also enjoyed the yummy biscuits and teas and coffees made by our volunteers.
