Congratulations to Karina Kapshuk, who took 2nd place in our Green Space category with this magical shot of Richmond Park.

Judge Alex Saberi Photography said: “For the choice that felt most magical, I chose this deer photo. It sums up Richmond Park perfectly. A small patch of wilderness on the edge of a great city. The London skyline in the background, just emerging. The colours, rich and atmospheric, framed with the stag, finish the photo off nicely.”

We’re delighted to announce the winner of our Be Inspired Photo Competition 2026 📸

Congratulations to Emma Mapp - mappoflondon, who took 1st place in our Riverside category with this beautifully atmospheric Richmond riverside shot.

Judge Alex Saberi Photography said: “The photo creates a sense of calm and stillness. The foggy and murky conditions along with the dark and light of the bridge really add atmosphere. Most Richmonders have observed this scene plenty of times and it still delivers a wonderful sense of tranquillity and mystery. I like the cold processing on the photo with a tinge of cyan. I also like the subtle highlights of the boat entering the shadow of the bridge.”

💛 Help make every donation go twice as far!

To celebrate 30 years of supporting local families, has launched its 30 for 30 fundraising campaign, with an ambitious goal of raising £30,000.

Even better, every donation made between 2nd and 16th June will be doubled through match funding, helping the campaign reach an incredible £60,000. 🙌

Businesses and individuals who donate £1,000 or more will also become a Childhood Champion, with recognition on website.

Every contribution can make a real difference.
