A huge thank you to TL Automotive❤️
We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Carl, Debbie and everyone at TL Automotive for welcoming one of our young people this week and giving them the opportunity to complete some work experience with you.
Working in alternative provision, we know that our young people don’t always get the same opportunities as those in mainstream schools, especially when it comes to work experience. So when a business is willing to open its doors, give a young person a chance and take the time to support them, it really does mean so much.
Our young person has absolutely loved their week with you, and it’s been lovely to hear how much they’ve enjoyed it. They’ve come away with more knowledge, more confidence and even more excitement about becoming a mechanic in the future.

For some of our young people, opportunities like this can make such a difference. It’s not just about learning new skills, it’s about feeling included, being given a chance and starting to believe in what they can achieve after Year 11.
Carl and Debbie, thank you so much for your time, kindness and for making our young person feel so welcome. You may not realise just how much of a difference you’ve made, but we certainly do.
We really can’t thank you enough.
