A little reminder that this Friday is our monthly Film Club.

This month we'll be enjoying Mr Jones, based on a powerful true story. Mr Jones follows a determined young Welsh journalist who travels to the Soviet Union in the 1930s and uncovers the horrifying truth of the famine in Ukraine – a story the authorities are desperate to keep hidden. Gripping, thought-provoking and beautifully filmed, it explores courage, truth and the risks involved in speaking out against powerful regimes.

Join us at September's Film Club for this compelling historical drama and a story that deserves to be told and promises to invite engaging discussion.
