This is great news for Pie and was an excellent first use of funds from the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board. Especially given the current funding landscape. It highlights exactly what local people want the funds to be used for. To help sustain those organisations with solid track records into the future.

Pie Factory Music is a charity set up to provide free accessible music and related arts workshops for young people across East Kent.

Once again with the stunning setting of rural Provence. It’s a hands on job, more to it than standing in the foyer, and we’re looking for someone who can work evenings and is willing to provide cover at weekends if required.

Writer/Director John Sayles observations of the dynamics between patient and caregiver, after his experience working in a nursing home after graduation - was the inspiration behind this tale of a spoiled New-Yorker soap star, whose life is changed after being hit by a car. She returns to her native Louisiana as a grumpy patient to a caregiver just out of rehab. Out of a battle of wills, grows a deep friendship. A beautiful film accompanied by the Cajun music associated with the Louisianna setting.
