Our Rugratz sessions are the perfect introduction to rugby for children aged 3–5, with plenty of fun games and activities designed to build coordination, confidence and social skills in a safe and enjoyable environment.

What a summer it’s been! ☀️🏉🙌

As our summer camps come to an end, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to every child and family who joined us for our Kids Rugby & Multi-Sports Camps this summer. 💚

It’s been fantastic to see so many children getting active, trying new sports, developing their skills, making new friends and, most importantly, having plenty of fun along the way!

A massive thank you to our coaches and everyone who helped make the camps possible too. 👏

We hope you’ve all had as much fun as we have!

Walking Rugby continues to be a hit at Hoppers with the Preston Grasshoppers Community Foundation 🏉👏

It’s fantastic to see such great turnouts at our Walking Rugby sessions, bringing people together to stay active, enjoy the game and be part of a brilliant social community.

Walking Rugby is a slower-paced, non-contact version of the game, making it a great way to:

🏉 Stay active and improve fitness
🤝 Meet new people and enjoy the social side of rugby
💪 Improve mobility, strength and coordination
🧠 Support physical and mental wellbeing
🙌 Enjoy rugby whatever your experience or ability

And even better… our sessions are completely FREE!
