🧡 At our youth club, every young person is welcome. 🧡

We know that recent events may have left some families feeling worried or uncertain. We want to reassure our community that our youth club remains a safe, inclusive and respectful space for all young people, regardless of their background, ethnicity, culture or faith.

Our aim has always been to provide a place where young people can learn, grow, make friends and be themselves in an environment built on kindness, respect and belonging.

To any young person who has been unable to attend recently, please know that you & your family are valued, you are welcome, and you have a place here.

What a night with our Juniors! 🎉🧁

From cupcake decorating and face paints to four square battles, Twister challenges, board games, pool, Xbox and loads of team-building fun, there was something for everyone! 🎮🎨🎱

Alongside all the craic, we had some great conversations about looking out for our mates, staying safe, being kind, and making sure everyone knows that Seagoe Youth Group is a space where they belong. 💙

Lots of laughs, new friendships, and brilliant memories made. Roll on next week! 🙌✨

Our Wednesday Night Drop-In is open as usual from 6:00pm – 8:30pm for Primary School children.

For anyone travelling from outside the local area, please only attend if it is safe to do so. We encourage everyone to stay safe & look out for one another.

📢 Supporting Young People in Our Communities

We know that some families may be concerned about the possibility of social unrest in certain areas over the coming days.
EA Youth Service youth centres will continue to remain open wherever it is safe to do so, providing young people with a safe space, positive activities and support from trusted youth workers.

Some centres will also be offering additional sessions or extended opening hours to support young people during this time.

If you're unsure where your young person can spend their evening safely this week, check your local youth centre page for activities, opening times and updates.

Together, we can continue to provide safe spaces for young people across our communities.

Another action-packed night at TRAX!

Young people threw themselves into a range of sporting activities and fitness challenges, putting their speed, stamina, and teamwork skills to the test. There was plenty of encouragement, laughter, and healthy competition throughout the evening as everyone got involved and challenged themselves. 💪🏃‍♂️

The highlight of the evening was the much-loved Hungry Hippos challenge, where teamwork, communication, and plenty of laughter were on display as young people worked together to collect as many balls as possible. 🦛

A fantastic session promoting positive relationships, healthy lifestyles, and active participation. 🙌🏻

Our Junior Drop-In marked World Running Day with an afternoon full of fun, creativity, and active participation! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Young people took part in a series of running races, promoting positive physical health, resilience, and teamwork. They also got creative by making delicious Rice Krispie buns and designing personalised bookmarks for their families and teachers, developing their confidence, creativity, and appreciation for others.

The competitive spirit was out in force during games of tag rugby, football, and our new group favourite, bean bag darts! 🎯⚽🏉

🎂⚽ Senior Drop-In brought the energy this week!

Our young people put their cupcake decorating skills to the test, showing off their creativity (and competitive streaks! 😄). The fun continued with team challenges, competitive games, and football, helping everyone build confidence, communication, and teamwork skills along the way.

It was a great evening of laughter, new friendships, and positive opportunities to get involved, learn new skills, and stay active. Who do you think deserves the title of Star Decorator? 🧁🏆
