CAN International, through its West London Gurkha Hub, successfully hosted a special Father’s Day Afternoon Tea in Harrow, bringing together Gurkha veterans, families, and the wider community as part of its Community & Peer Support Programme for Veterans. The event promoted wellbeing, connection, and shared celebration, featuring music, reflection, and community engagement in a warm and inclusive setting.

Communities and Nature International has been awarded a project grant from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver our project: “Connecting Communities, Strengthening Wellbeing: West London Gurkha Hub.”

This funding will help us support Gurkha veterans, families, and communities by improving wellbeing, reducing isolation, and building stronger community connections.
