Today the Peterborough Group had the best fun when we had a Peterborough City themed day as we welcomed a visit from the Mayor of Peterborough as part of our diamond jubilee celebrations. Our riders and volunteers enjoyed a morning of role play and we shopped ‘til we dropped, got bandaged and injected in hospital amongst other things. As ever our ponies from New Pastures EC were superb!

Our term ended with Easter activities. Our riders enjoyed stacking and sorting the Easter eggs they had found!

Cambridgeshire’s Chief Fire Officer Matthew Warren joined us for a fire themed morning, including rescuing cats from trees, stopping at traffic lights, calling 999 and putting out a fire with bean bags! He presented commemorative rosettes to Eye School pupils who had a great time today 💜Thanks to Hannah Rachel for the great lesson plan!
