Assalamuwalaikum everyone.
Our *ZSL Whipsnade Zoo trip on Sunday, 30 August* is very popular and many people have shown interest.
The regular ticket price is £31.50 per adult, but PBWA has secured special discounted tickets for our community. *We are offering £10 per adult and children over 3 (conditions apply), including coach transport, food and zoo entry*.
We only have *70 seats*, so not everyone will get a place.

*Please keep an eye on this group on Friday, 26 June at 10pm when the registration link will be posted*.
It will be first come, first served, so please fill in the form as soon as it becomes available.

Dear Community Members, Assalamuwalaikum!

PBWA is pleased to announce our summer trip to ZSL Whipsnade Zoo on Sunday, 30 August 2026.

🕗 Full day trip (9:00am–8:00pm) – includes coach travel, zoo entry, and light refreshments/lunch.

📝 Registration

📌 Online Form will be shared on Friday, 26 June at 10:00pm via WhatsApp & Facebook
🚍 70 coach seats only (first come, first served)
🚗 Extra zoo tickets may be available for those travelling by own car
💷 Pricing (Adult and 3+ years)

✅ £10 (PBWA coach travel) / £6 (own car)
If you are:
• Low-income household
• Older adult at risk of isolation
• Person with additional needs/disabilities
Just tick the criteria if you comply with the above category
✅ £20 (PBWA coach travel) / £16 (own car)
If none of the above apply
💳 Payment required online at registration

⚖️ Selection (if oversubscribed)

ℹ️ Non-members must pay additional £10 per adult
📋 Waiting list will apply for extra registrations

🍴 Food

🥪 PBWA will provide: sandwiches, snacks, water & fruit (morning)
🍽You can bring food, buy it at the zoo, or have the food provided by PBWA.


🔁 Refunds

✅ Full refund if cancelled at least 1 week before
⚠️Registration and payment do not confirm a place; confirmation will be emailed

• 25% must complete a short zoo survey (after trip)
• Follow zoo behaviour guidelines
• Place is only confirmed after PBWA approval
