🌾 We have added ornamental grasses and bedding plants to fill some of the gaps at Lower Green Street. This community green space is improving all the time, and we hope you enjoy walking past it as much as we have enjoyed creating and caring for it 🌾

Join us at Lower Green Street this Sunday, 14th June, at 10:00am. The weather is looking beautiful and sunny 🙏🏻☀️, making it the perfect morning to get out and meet some new people. Everyone is welcome, and you’ll be greeted with a warm and friendly welcome 👩🏼‍🌾😊. We’d love to see you there!

Today we were at the Botton of Old Paul Hill.
We were glad to get the grass cut and some new plants in the ground just in time for the rain 🌱🌨️
It was lovely as always to have conversations with people as they stoped to talk to us, and especially nice to see a mum talking with her child about how a bee was pollinating the plants 🌸🐝
We also received a compliment about the beautiful yellow aquilegia, which has been flowering for quite some time and continues to brighten the area 💚

🦋 This Sunday, 7th June, we’ll be meeting at the bottom of Old Paul Hill at 10:00am. 🐝

If you’d like to meet some new people, enjoy some light exercise, and get a bit of fresh air, we’d love to see you there. Come along and lend a hand! Everyone is welcome.

🌿 What a fantastic first-ever pop-up plant stall 🌿

It was lovely to see so many people visiting and supporting our stall, and to see the children playing in Barons Square.

We would like to thank Newlyn Harbour for letting us use their space, and to the The Peninsula Garden Society West Cornwall for donating some house plants.

We were also delighted to see the new Mayor of Penzance, who dropped by to see us.

Thank you everyone — together we raised an amazing £255! 🌱💚

This money will go towards our winter planters, and we truly appreciate everyone’s support.

Busy weekend ahead, come along and see us at our pop up plant stall this Saturday 23rd May 10-1 Barons Square opposite the Co op, you will also see us putting our planters out around the village on Sunday. ☀️

We will be holding our very first pop up plant stall on Saturday 23rd May at Barons Square Newlyn, opposite the CO OP at 10am - 1pm. Thank you to Newlyn Harbour for letting us have our stall there.
