People across Torbay and South Devon are being invited to a free community health and wellbeing event where they can access expert advice, discover local support services, take part in health checks and conversations, and help shape the future of care closer to home.

The event, organised by Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Healthwatch, will take place at Paignton Library from 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday 30 September.

Healthwatch Torbay wants to hear about your experience – whether it was positive, negative or somewhere in between.

Tell us what worked well and what could be improved, from communication and involvement in decisions to care, medication, equipment and follow-up after leaving hospital.

Your feedback will help local services understand how hospital discharge can be made safer and better supported.
