The three key elements of Spectrum's ethos are:

Living, Learning and Working. With two centres one in Duston and one in the town centre of Northampton. Access to education, life skills, where individuals can learn valuable work and Life skills This can lead to employment opportunities, work placements and voluntary posts. Gaining practical skills and confidence is a key part of finding work in th

e open market as is teamwork and communication skills. Service users are able to learn the skills they will need to manage their lives including cookery, gardening, well-being and a host of essential life skills. Training in budgeting and money management, computing skills and nutritional guidance is also included in the programme. Numeracy & Literacy and access to educational courses are encouraged and an interest in the creative arts and crafts is encouraged. Our on site training charity shop is an ideal way to learn valuable customer service skills.

Coffee milk shake, lemon drizzle and much more besides will be available again tomorrow at Spectrum Northants Cafe (9am to 3pm). The Cafe is in Berrywood Road, Duston.

With the weather this week our range of Matcha and Milkshakes have received great feedback.

We would like to remind you that we will be closed on Monday 25th May but will be open and welcome service users back on Tuesday 26th
