Life begins at 40

Sunday 12th April 2026, on Good Deeds Day around the world, Go Dharmic Northampton team welcomed the Thakrar family, to serve our 20 beneficiaries delicious hot kidney bean curry and rice. The family also donated the snack bag items which were crisps, chocolate bars and drinks.

This act of selfless sewa was done by the family to mark the 40th birthday of Kunal and the team wishes him every success in all his endeavours

As a team we also take a moment to offer our prayers and condolences to all on the loss of late Asha Bhosle Jee aged 92

The last sewa of 2025

Unalkat with her family made the food
Yachna donated the drinks for her daughters birthdat

Such a beautiful morning spent doing Seva with Unalkat
and her three wonderful kids, who helped cook vegetarian pasta and came along to serve the homeless in Northampton. 💛

It was a little nippy out there, but moments like these - showing up, giving back, sharing time, and offering kindness in whatever way we can. This is what Seva is all about - service from the heart. What a great way to spend family time together!

If you feel called to give, connect, or be part of something meaningful, we’d love for you to join us.

Reach out to and come be part of this growing wave of compassion. 🫶

This week we’re spotlighting AJ Dickens – Aj’s Country Kitchen , a local business serving up tasty homemade food🍴and Shelly from SENDsational Families CIC

In September, AJ supported Go Dharmic Northampton’s Sewa by making a strawberry & vegan chocolate traybake 🍓🍫, and Shelly donated snacks to include in the food bags we distributed.

🙌 A huge thank you to both of you for the support — it really made a difference!
