HEALTH AND WELLBEING | Our pre-match chats returned ahead of the Colchester game on Saturday.

Our participants looked at the benefits of the different colours of fruit and veg and the benefits of the different type of protein foods. This was followed up by a football quiz.

The Pre Match Chats sessions are part of the wider Teammates project, designed to create a safe space for adult men and to help tackle mental health issues.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING | We took a team to the first Heads Up festival of the season at St. Andrew's today.

The Heads Up Football League works with key mental health, wellbeing, and recovery organisations to celebrate the benefits of football and physical activity.

The league offers competitive yet meaningful, flexible, and accessible football opportunities for participants with mental health problems, are recovering from addiction, or have been diagnosed with a similar condition.

A big thank you to Jordan Mason from St. Andrew's for organising.
