🌿 We're looking for the next great addition to the Potential Living team...

A maintenance and Gardening role has become available, creating an exciting opportunity to join the team at Potential Living from September/October 2026.

This role is about so much more than maintaining our buildings and gardens. You'll help create welcoming and enjoyable spaces for the people we support while becoming part of a friendly, dedicated team that makes a real difference every day.

💷 £13.95 per hour

There may also be the opportunity to combine this role with direct support work if this is something you'd enjoy.
