Boro BVB 2012 This was a status granted to us on 17/07/2023.

We are an official fan club from Middlesbrough born out of a chance meeting whilst walking to the Westfallenstadion to watch Borussia Dortmund against Leverkusen on 11/02/2012. What began as two traveling Teessiders in search of a pre game beer on a European football trip has turned into a family of friends, a growing following of either club from our respective homes, and the potential for so muc

h more. After over ten years of groups of Teessiders traveling to Dortmund, and Dortmunders traveling to Middlesbrough to take in each others culture, football, lives and of course beer, we decided to come together to formally be recognised as an official fan club of Borussia Dortmund. We are always looking to grow, so if you follow both or either Boro or BVB, interested in whats on offer and what could happen then get involved.

Before we know it the fixtures lists will be out and travel plans will be getting put in place. Who knows what this coming season will give us?

Applications to become a member of the fan club are open, so if you have an interest in BVB and MFC then get in touch, for free ofcourse!

As the last of the money has come in from our charity event in April with BVB na hÉireann, we can gladly confirm that we have raised an amazing £4700.37!!!

Huge thank you to everyone who contributed and helped to make lives better for others and show what just having a love for football can do.

The money will be shared between our 3 charities of Teesside Hospice, BVB-Stiftung „leuchte auf“ and St Francis Hospice Dublin.

Planning is already under way for next years event that will take place in Dortmund!
