Please note that we are no longer able to accept rags for recycling.

To help us keep disposal costs down, please ensure that any clothing donations are clean and in wearable condition.

Unfortunately, rags and unusable items now incur a cost for us to dispose of.

it’s ⭐️TGIF⭐️

Here are some of the shiny new items in The Acorns shop this week lots of new bits as well as our usual clothing, footwear, bags and miscellaneous bits and bobs. Lots of toys and children’s clothing. We have a 50% off clothes rail upstairs along with a selection of large pictures, mirrors and children’s toys. We now have a fantastic bargain rail outside the shop with everything priced at £1

Thursday night's the place to be,
For pie, mash and peas with a decent cup of tea!
Apple pie and custard will finish the job,
Good food, good company, and a quiz with the mob!

We have a few spare places :) let us know if you fancy joining us.

Please note that the Monday Walking Group and Keep Fit sessions will be taking a Summer Siesta.

Monday Walking Group: final session on 22 June 2026. The group will restart on 7 September 2026.

Keep Fit: final session on 25 June 2026. The group will restart on 10 September 2026.

We hope everyone enjoys the summer break and look forward to seeing you all again in September!
