A huge thank you to the 90 people and our wonderful volunteers who attend our Restart a Heart Day training today.

That’s another 90 people able to help save a life in Malvern and a step forward for us to reach our target of training 10,000 Malvern residents in lifesaving skills by the end of 2027.

❤️ It’s nearly here… Restart a Heart Day is TOMORROW! ❤️

We’re so excited to welcome everyone joining Heartstart Malvern for a day of life-saving CPR and defibrillator training!

It’s shaping up to be one of our busiest days yet, which we’re absolutely delighted about! 🙌 It’s fantastic to see so many people keen to learn these potentially life-saving skills and help make Malvern a safer place.

Together, we’ll be helping more people gain the skills and confidence to act in an emergency. Because knowing what to do in those first few minutes could make all the difference. 💚

We have just installed our 37th defibrillator at Cleeve House (Hornyold Road) and our 38th at Dyson Perrins School (Yates Hay Road). A huge thank you to the staff at Cleeve House and Dyson Perrins School for facilitating this and to everyone who has fundraised for us. Would you know what to do if someone collapsed at home, in the street or at work?

The first three minutes following a cardiac arrest are critical.



Starting CPR quickly and using a defibrillator can give someone their best possible chance of survival and help prevent irreversible brain damage caused by a lack of oxygen.
