This Friday will be focusing on the higher heart chakra. Called the thymus. For hygiene purposes Please can you make sure your neck chest area is covered. As I will be placing a crystal on that area. I will be using a high frequency fork to clear auric fields and cleanse the crystal. Then I will be placing a weighted tuning fork onto the crystal. Once I have worked my way around the room. I will begin the sound bath. Please leave the crystal on the chakra throughout. At the end I will collect the crystals 😃🙏🏼
