Very happy to say hypertension heroes are back in the Larder tomorrow Weds 18th September. Free blood pressure checks, free advice re blood pressure and free tea and coffee! From 10am. Come along for a free peace of mind check up 😀

We were very grateful to receive some tremendous home grown fruit and veg from the Digging for Giving group from the Bearsted Church Landway Allotments! Needless to say the customers loved it and it was snapped up! Thank you to Tony who chose us to donate to! 😀
