📚 We need children’s books!

Friends of Lytham Hall’s bookshop is running low on childrens’ books again, and donations make a huge difference.

If you’re clearing out bookshelves during the summer holidays, please consider dropping off any children’s books at the bookshop next to the café at Lytham Hall. We’d be delighted to give them a new life.

While you’re dropping off donations, don’t forget to pick up your next read. And if you’re not carrying cash — no problem. We have a PayPal account, details of how to make a payment are in the bookshop, making it easier than ever to support the Hall and pick up a bargain book.

Every donation supports the ongoing preservation of Lytham Hall. Thank you for supporting us.

🏛️ Celebrating 30 Years of the Friends of Lytham Hall

Thirty years of supporting one of Lytham’s greatest treasures.
The Friends of Lytham Hall marked our 30th anniversary with a celebratory lunch in the Upper West Wing on 22 May 2026.

We were honoured to welcome Hugh and Debbi Clifton, along with David and Marion Coupe, who continue to support us as President and Vice Presidents. As Hugh said: “It was a pleasure for us to join you, and to learn what a wonderful job the Friends are doing to help preserve the great asset that Lytham Hall has become.”

Our displays highlighted just some of the projects we’ve completed over the past 3 decades, And we’re proud of our contribution, and to be one of the supporters who help fund and care for Lytham Hall.

Here’s to the next chapter of heritage, community, and care.
