Monday night volunteers have been at the Lytham Institute gardens tonight finishing the weeding and tidying from last week. 🌱🪻

What a busy day we had for the Ice Cream Festival. We will be there tomorrow from 11:00 come say hello and buy a quality plant from us. We’re always looking for volunteers - absolutely no experience necessary. Just some enthusiasm.

Local business owners have very kindly sponsored some of the planters in Lytham Square.

Lytham in Bloom volunteers joined representatives from the sponsoring businesses in the square for photographs alongside the planters.

Lytham in Bloom Chair, Wendy, thanked Willowbrook Homecare, Mode Hotel and HTI Group for their generous support. Their sponsorship helps keep Lytham looking its best for everyone to enjoy.

It was hot, hot, hot yesterday! ☀️

Despite the heat, some of our wonderful volunteers were hard at work weeding, tidying, trimming hedges and watering at various locations around town. Yesterday they visited the Mussel Tank, the Lytham Institute garden and Clifton Square.

A huge thank you to all our volunteers, sponsors and the Friends of Lytham in Bloom for their continued support throughout the year. Your help makes such a difference in keeping Lytham looking its best. 🌸🌿

If ever the time was ripe for an ice cream festival surely it has to be this weekend!!
The weather is looking amazing so you could wander around eating ice creams all day if the mood took you.
BUT in between your 99 or **Mivvy or FAB, pop by to the Lytham in Bloom gazebo located by the padel courts we’ve something just as tempting - PLANTS - don’t lick them though 😊Hope to see you there. Call and say hi.
**for those of you that don’t know what a Mivvy or FAB is, ask your gran !
