A huge thank you to everyone who has joined a Park Yoga session over the last 20 weeks, Park View 4U for making it happen, Sticky Chocolate Lytham for funding us and any volunteer that’s helped us along the way 💛

It has been such a joy to see familiar faces, welcome new ones and share those Sunday mornings together in the fresh air ✨

This Sunday will be our final Park Yoga session of 2026 🌿

I’m really sorry to say that I won’t be continuing the Sunday sessions elsewhere over winter this year but I’m so grateful for every single person who has stepped onto their mat with me over summer 🙏

Here’s hoping that Park Yoga Lytham gets funding for 2027🧘‍♀️🌳🤞

Have a wonderful winter and once again, thank you for making Park Yoga such a joyful collective experience 💚🙏 💛

💚 During this hot period our instructors have been adapting sessions to ensure they are safe and appropriate for the weather.

☺️ Our tips for staying safe in the heat: set up in the shade, drink lots of water, wear a hat and take breaks when you need them.
