🍂 A slightly delayed but HUGE thank you to the children, staff and partners of Ansdell Primary School for their wonderful harvest festival donations! ❤️

Staff and children came along to Wesley’s Community Cafe & Larder to deliver a huge amount of food. It was lovely to welcome you and see such kindness from our local school community.

They also donated food to Fylde Foodbank, where the bags were weighed—a whopping 147.5kg! 😲👏 What an incredible contribution to supporting local people!

Thank you to everyone who donated, collected and helped deliver these harvest goodies. Your generosity will help us keep our shelves stocked and support people in our community. 💚

❤️ EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT WESLEY’S ❤️

It has been brought to our attention that some people may have been told they SHOULDN'T come to Wesley’s because they “DON'T HAVE A NEED!”. We want to make our message absolutely clear: EVERYONE is welcome at Wesley's Community Cafe & Larder

You don’t have to be struggling financially or experiencing homelessness to come through our doors. You might be feeling lonely, going through a difficult time, needing some extra support, or simply wanting a cuppa and a friendly chat.

Wesley’s is a COMMUNITY SPACE—a place where people can come together, find company, make friends and feel they belong. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and we cannot always see what someone is going through.

Please never feel you have to justify coming along. Whether you need support or simply enjoy being part of our community, there is a place for you here.

Our doors are open, the kettle is on, and EVERYONE is welcome. ☕❤️

We do have a donation box and if you are in the position to give a small donation then please feel free to pop something in the box. ❤️

💛 A huge thank you to Veli Kirk and everyone at Anatolia Sea View Restaurant for their amazing donation of £700 to Wesley’s Community Cafe & Larder!

The money was raised at their special charity afternoon, bringing people together for good food, company, laughter with Mick Miller and live music from Paul Dobie, while supporting local good causes.

The menu looks amazing 😋

Thank you to everyone who organised, attended and supported the event. Your kindness and generosity are wonderful, and £700 will go a long way towards helping us provide meals, essential groceries and a warm welcome for our guests.
