Join Becky in The Pod 10.30 - 11.15am for FREE 55+ fitness and wellness classes.

UPDATE- FOREST TOTS is now FULLY BOOKED. We have received 25 requests to join our Forest Tots sessions within the first 30 minutes of advertising.
We will respond to emails as soon as possible. For those who have been successful we will see you in September, sorry to those who have missed out this time but more places will become available throughout the year.

We have seven spaces available for new members at our Forest Tots sessions, which begin in September.

🌳Sessions will take place on Mondays during term time, either 10 - 11am or 11.15 - 12.15am.
🌳Each session costs £6 and includes a drink and a snack.
🌳Activities are based on seasonal changes, woodland crafts and nature connection.
🌳They are aimed at children from walking age until 4 years old with all activities taking place outdoors in our woodland, outdoor classroom and community garden.

Please contact us from 9am on Tuesday 25th of August (not before) via [email protected] if you are interested in a place.
