Since 2003, Outfit Moray has been changing lives of young people in Moray through our comprehensive programme of outdoor learning and adventure activities, with over 15,000 attendances each year across our Outdoor Learning and Bike Revolution teams. Using outdoor adventure to teach new skills and encourage positive risk taking, our Outdoor Learning team actively develop the potential of young peop
le in Moray by improving confidence and self-esteem and building resilience, which helps shape their future lives. We use the local breath-taking environment as our classroom and playground to deliver a range of activities including rock climbing, archery, canoeing, abseiling, mountain biking, rafting, paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, weaselling, Tyrolean, crate climbing, bushcraft and hill walking, as well as adaptive cycling sessions, bike skill days and led rides through our Bike Revolution (Delivery) team. During term time, the majority of Outfit Morayβs work is with Morayβs schools and our activities can be completely tailored to support the different developmental and behavioural needs of the pupils. We also work closely with our local partners such as social services, youth services and other local youth groups, through our EnerG strand, which supports vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and includes 1-to1 sessions, multi-session programmes and two residential breaks each year. We also deliver Bikeability across Moray schools, which includes ASN cycling sessions. As well as our work with local schools and support services, Outfit Moray also deliver a busy school holiday programme plus birthday parties, family adventures for all ages, bike maintenance classes, team building and corporate days, first aid courses and first aid event cover.
