Eco Youth Fund for Sustainability 2026/27 IS NOW OPEN!

Young people across Moray have £33,333 to award to projects creating a greener, more sustainable future. Youth groups, charities, community organisations and social enterprises can apply for up to £5,500 towards equipment, tools, materials and lasting assets that benefit young people and support environmental sustainability.

Projects could focus on improving green spaces, tackling climate change, reducing carbon emissions or developing green skills. Young people aged 5–25 will vote to decide which projects receive funding.

Applications close at 12 noon on 13 November 2026.

The Moray Youth Local Action Group (MYLAG) is back! and we're inviting young people in S1 to S6 to get involved!
MYLAG is part of a network of Local Youth Action Groups across Scotland and Europe, connecting young people to a wider movement that empowers them to influence decisions, support community projects, and create positive change where they live.
Find out more about what the group is about and how to get involved -- young people can also take part in a consultation on funding for eco youth projects in Moray, giving young people a direct voice in deciding how money is used to support local opportunities.
This session will run alongside the Eat, Chat, Chill group at The Inkwell Moray , so you're welcome to drop in and take part in either or both activities.
