London’s beer scene is as bold and diverse as the city itself - from Marmite brews to ice-cream IPAs, and iconic breweries like , which put Hells lager on the map.

For millions of Londoners, pubs are more than a pint - they're a meeting point, a garden, a community. But rising business rates and tax pressures are putting our locals at risk of closing their doors.

Pubs are where we go to celebrate a win, catch up with mates, or simply feel part of something. They’re the heart of our communities, but pubs are paying £98 million more in business rates than last year. That’s not just unfair - it’s a tax on our community spaces.

When our locals are taxed unfairly, we all lose out - support the campaign to save our local: https://www.longlivethelocal.pub/
