The Centre is a home to a local charities, nursery & the Real Junk Food Project Cafe offering community lunches. A vibrant and welcoming Community Centre in a wonderful Victorian building in the heart of TW1, the ETNA Centre has something for everyone! Our wide range of facilities offers a huge selection of classes and activities, from fitness and exercise to workshops, music and kids’ groups. We also offer self help groups, mindfulness and meditation sessions as well as space for one to one counselling sessions. We have a variety of activities for senior citizens based at the centre. We hire out our spaces for meetings, training sessions and counselling/therapy. Alongside this, we have spaces which are perfect for children's parties, special events, AGMs and other functions. LET’S CHAT & CREATE 🎨
A monthly Creative Arts & Wellbeing workshop for girls aged 12–14.

Teenage life can feel full; school, friendships, exams, social media, changes, expectations and all the feelings in between.
And not everything has to be put into words.
Through art and creativity, girls can slow down, explore, express themselves and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Each month, we’ll experiment with different creative processes and discover inspiring women artists and their unique ways of seeing and expressing the world.
There’s no pressure to be “good at art” or create something perfect.
A little less scrolling. A little more creating, connecting & being you. ✨

During ADHD Awareness Month, , your local ADHD charity, will be hosting a special Free Community Event in Twickenham:
• Tuesday, 13th October, 8:00 - 9:30 PM, at Heatham House.

This live event brings together parents and professionals and includes a panel discussion on Parental and Community views on ADHD, drinks, and a Q&A, to allow everyone to discuss recent adverse publicity and policy changes.
The panellists are Dr Bozhena Zoritch, a Paediatrician and Diagnosing Consultant, Dr Jo Steer, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Ayesha Walker, a teacher, herself diagnosed as a teenager.

is the only specialist ADHD charity that aims to empower parents, carers and professionals who live and work with children with ADHD here in Richmond and Kingston boroughs, South West London and North Surrey.
