Are you interested in signing up to complete your Duke of Edinburgh's Award? Sign up for enrolment today! ⭐

Are you in Year 9 or the school year you turn 14 (S2/3)? You can enrol now on your Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. If you are in Year 10 or the the school year you turn 15 (S3/4) then you can enrol for Silver. Once aged 16 you can sign up to Gold and you will have until your 25th Birthday to complete the award. 🙌

We are recruiting for the Assistant National Staff Officer (ANSO FA) First Aid🌟

💡The role will support quality assurance and instructor development through observations, audits, reviews, and CPD support, while promoting best practice across the organisation. It will also provide resilience by deputising for the National Staff Officer First Aid when required. This is an opportunity to help improve the consistency and quality of first aid training nationally, contributing directly to safer cadet experiences and stronger instructor support.

🙌As demand and expectations continue to grow, we are strengthening our national first aid leadership team through the recruitment of an Assistant National Staff Officer First Aid (Quality Assurance & CPD).

We are recruiting for the Assistant National Staff Officer (ANSO PT) Physical Training - Adult Development🌟

💡The Sea Cadets Physical Training (PT) Specialisation promotes physical development, leadership, resilience, and personal growth through structured PT programmes and instructor-led training.

🙌We are recruiting an Assistant National Staff Officer (PT) – Adult Development to support the development and modernisation of the PT Instructor training pathway and syllabus.

The role focuses on:
• Supporting development of adult instructor training and qualifications
• Reviewing and improving training programmes, session plans, and standards
• Supporting quality assurance and instructor development
• Working with the national PT Trainer team to shape future PT delivery across Sea Cadets
