Today, on the Day of the Seafarer, Marine Society celebrates 270 years of transforming lives through maritime education and opportunity.

To mark this milestone, we're proud to launch Friends of Marine Society - a new way for beneficiaries, mentors, supporters and friends of the charity to stay connected and help support the next generation of maritime professionals.

As a beneficiary-focused giving programme, Friends of Marine Society offers a meaningful way to be part of a charity with an extraordinary 270-year heritage, while helping more people learn, grow and succeed through maritime education, training and support.

Together, we can build on 270 years of impact and create opportunities for generations to come.
