Earlier this week we were joined by Kevin from the Eastbourne branch of The Proper Blokes Club.

The Proper Blokes Club is a walk and talk community project for men which meets in Eastbourne on Thursdays at 7pm at Eastbourne Pier. Men of all ages, backgrounds and situations join the walk and talks. Men with family, work, health or money issues. Men feeling anxious, lonely or isolated. Men in a good place who simply want to get out in the fresh air and go for a walk with a friendly, supportive group.
You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to. Just walking, lending a supportive ear and being in the company of likeminded men can help you develop a positive mindset and sense of belonging.

Our first ever Sunday morning walk in the borough please share and help us great a great turn out.

If this goes well we can make it a regular walk&talk.

This also could be ideal for those men that can’t make the midweek walks.

Join me Sunday 16th August 10am for the inaugural walk meeting outside Belmont station.

We will be walking into Banstead common then in to oaks park to have a pit stop in the cafe then back towards Belmont station the route is 5miles and on trails so wear appropriate footwear.
