This is a shout out to all the facilitators that come and give their time every monday to open the doors, put the kettles on and welcome guys through the door every week at Andy's Man Club. Providing a safe and judgement free space for any guy who is going through a storm.

Everyone at Andy’s Man Club Loanhead is incredibly proud of the work our facilitators do week in, week out. Their dedication to supporting others never goes unnoticed. But sometimes, people go above and beyond, not just for AMC, but for their wider community too.

For some time now, Sam has been running an awareness stand at Food Facts Friends every Saturday, helping to spread the word about the fantastic work they do. On top of that, he gives up his free time to help collect food and support their efforts behind the scenes.

As men, many of us tend to keep our heads down, get on with things, and rarely speak about the good we do. At AMC, we encourage people to talk, but we also believe it’s okay to recognise and celebrate those who make a difference.

So today, we’re giving credit where it’s due.

Well done, Sam. We are all incredibly proud of you, mate, and even more proud to call you our friend. 👏🏻👏🏻💙

Coffee morning at Food, facts, friends in Penicuik... Come and meet the Andy's team and find out what we are about - anyone is welcome.

Saturday afternoon... Penicuik in the park! Come and see us at our branded Gazeebo and have a chat, about Andy's, man club, about the weather, about whatever you need to talk about...

And of course .. Monday night, as usual, 7pm till 9 pm - any man over 18 - no fees - no booking - just turn up.
